2. Description of Service

RateYourBoss Denmark is a platform that allows users to anonymously review and rate their workplaces, share salary information, and read reviews from other employees in Denmark.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide Truthful Information: All reviews and workplace information must be accurate and based on actual experience
  • Respect Privacy: Do not include names, email addresses, or other personal information of colleagues, managers, or other individuals
  • No Defamation: Do not post false, misleading, or defamatory statements about any company or individual
  • Check Confidentiality: Review your employment contract before posting salary or other potentially confidential information
  • Respectful Language: Maintain professional and respectful language in all reviews
  • One Account: Maintain only one user account per person

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. However, by posting content, you grant RateYourBoss Denmark a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

5. User Liability

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree to:

  • Indemnify and hold harmless RateYourBoss Denmark from any claims arising from your content
  • Accept full legal responsibility for defamatory, false, or illegal content you post
  • Understand that RateYourBoss Denmark acts as a hosting provider, not a publisher

6. Content Moderation and Removal

RateYourBoss Denmark reserves the right to:

  • Remove any content that violates these Terms of Service
  • Remove content reported by users and found to be inappropriate
  • Moderate and approve workplace submissions before publication
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms

7. Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you believe content on our platform is defamatory, false, or violates your rights:

  2. Provide: Your contact information, the URL of the content, and explanation of the violation
  3. We will review your request within 48 hours
  4. If valid, content will be removed or modified

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Post fake or fraudulent reviews
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Manipulate ratings or reviews
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Use the Service for commercial solicitation

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. RateYourBoss Denmark does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or reliability of user-submitted content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Service will meet your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

RateYourBoss Denmark and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Content posted by users
  • Actions taken based on information found on the Service
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Danish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
