Your Content: You retain ownership of your reviews, but grant us a license to display, distribute, and use your content on our platform.
Our Content: All platform design, code, and materials are owned by RateYourBoss and protected by copyright laws.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
- Impersonate other users or entities
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data without permission
- Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization

- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That our platform will meet all your requirements
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Decisions made based on reviews on our platform
- User-generated content or interactions between users
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms, without prior notice or liability.
9. Changes to Terms
